Going to Dr. Brassard in Montreal is not necessarily free it varies from province to province as to how much of his $19,500 fee they cover. In Sask. you have to pay the whole amount out of pocket and then apply for a 30% refund from Sask. Health. You have to be on a 2-3 yr waiting list after you have jumped through all the necessary hoops (ie minimm HRT, minimum RLE-Real Life Experience, 2 therapist letters).
