So, has anyone ever experienced sensitive or achy balls after receiving anal sex? I have like a dull ache. It's not really bad pain, but noticeable if I move a certain way or whatever. I thought maybe it might have something to do with the prostate being stimulated or something? I don't know, since I am relatively new to all of this.

Unusual or frequent convulsions or contractions.

If you have stretched or pulled something in your groin it could make your balls ache.
I've had a back problem pinching a nerve cause ball pain.
Coming hard or many time could make your ball hurt.
Being aroused for a long period and not coming can cause testicle pain.
