you never know
Fudgepacker,
You should not jump to the conclusion that the changes you refer to are a negative thing. You will not know until much later. It could very well be that these changes are necessary in order to prepare for something important that is about to happen. Or to protect you from harm that would come your way should these changes not occur.
There is an old story about a Japanese farmer. I am paraphrasing here.
The farmer is busy in his fields and breaks his leg when some heavy equipment falls on him. One of the villagers comes for a visit and tells the farmer that it is regretable that he has suffered such a grave injury and that it is doubly regretable that his crops will likely suffer. The old farmer says "Maybe".
A week later, war breaks out and all the villagers are conscripted to go fight the ennemy. A villager visits the old farmer and says how lucky you are that you have escaped conscription and you do not have to fight. The old farmer says "Maybe"
What does this old farmer know? He knows that the significance of an event cannot be determined in the short term. You have to wait and see.
But you should keep your eyes and ears open for an opportunity. One is bound your way if the winds of change are blowing. Keep watch and grab it when it appears.

karma is actually a reflection of your own actions. Kinda like the old saying what goes around comes around. Change isnt always a bad thing you should take a minute and reflect on those thirty years you put in you could view it as an opportunity or as getting whats been coming to you for years.
