Fort Mac was getting very quiet even before the fire in May. Less and less girls were making it to town. Actually the downtrend started sometime in late 2014 with the oil price drop from 100 to $30. Town had become slower.

But 2013 and 2014 have been greeeeeeat and very exciting years up there hehehe

Understand that when girls travel, it's like gambling. They make an investment into travelling to a city. There are conditions that are favourable for high profits. As well, the opposite exists. Unfortunately, one of the main negatives is weather. Very cold, snowstorms, floods, forrest fires are some of the worst times to travel. Massive layovers, or fear of losing ones job will also effect the income of an escort.

Unfortunately, Fort McMurray has seen Mass layoffs, Forrest fires, floods and an evacuation in the last little while. Most Girls will go to Edmonton and work the guys there.

There may no longer be fires, and the water level back to normal but the dark cloud of uncertainty still looms over McMurray.
