Places to check out in London,Paris,Prague, Berlin,Athens?

Can anyone guide me to the locals where the girls hang out or can be seen in those cities? Is Allee de Longchamp (Paris) really dangerous at night? Can I go for a walk to enjoy the sights, or..? Seems like a very long thoroughfare...do they congregate in a specific section? Is the Wayout in London worth checking out? I've heard about Stunners but I won't be there on the days when its open I won't have a car, so everything will be done by foot or transit. Going next month. Thanks people!!
