Do you ever feel you could be in a completely monogamous relationship with a biological female or transgender woman without feeling the urge to have sex with either eventually? When i escorted i had many clients who were married to biological females. And i always wondered why they would get married to them only to secretly sleep with transgender women. Is this a case of you will always desire both and so therefore can not be faithful?

I haven't been in a full blown relationship with a Tgirl, but I have a few Tgirl friends I stay in regular contact with when I've been single and I find their friendship, companionship etc has never left me yearning for something specific from a GG. So I would say no. But I've never been able to put my desires for Tgirls away completely in the other direction
