I have date a couple of women years back who had the SRS and deeply regretted it. Mostly because they did it for acceptance reasons (ie - people will accept me as a woman more if I have a vagina, when the reality is the bigots and phobes will still view you the same), and/or the sexual pleasure was much different regardless of what medical brochures try to tell you about the potential of a constructed vagina.
Its different for everyone and most certainly a complicated issue to say the least. I hope they can find their peace in their bodies.
