I know this is not addressed to men and I'm a man. I have to say, please, please, please ask for professional advise. The chances of a doctor being in this forum is slim and all I know is, ask a professional because if you take the dosage wrong you might screw-up your body or face bad side effects. Diane35 pills are "the pill" used to prevent pregnancy. However, the pills made today do not contain nearly enough estrogen to give you any feminizing. About 20 years ago, the pill might have feminized you a bit, but the pills today have so little estrogen in them, you could eat the whole batch and not see anything.

Also, the effectiveness of any estrogen pill will be greatly diminished unless you take a testosterone blocker. Think about it. An MTF usually has to take three types of medication while an FTM only needs to take testosterone. That's because T is powerful stuff and will pretty much wipe out any estrogen in the body. Not all, but more than enough to prevent any effects.
