Why are the same old pornstars are always on the Porn Scene?

I've noticed this for quite sometime since I've gotten into my love/fetish for shemales.

I see some new girls that are just has hot as some of the very well known pornstars but it seems like they arent getting the recognition & exposure like the other those same old pornstar faces.

Wendy Williams walked away with the Avn Award in 09 and not too take anything away from her because I think she is beautiful and a great performer but I've seen some of the same girls that were nominated that were just has qualified.

Many of the old faces are great but as you say it seems you just see too much of the same ones over and over.

There has been an awful lot of new websites pop up lately that mostly just use the same old stars and don't spend much time finding new talent.
