This got to be one of the topics that always, always initiate a firestorm in this forum.

Arguing about it reasonably and civilly is okay, the pros and cons of it and the hotness or turn offs of having or not having it ( the implants ). I hate to join into this prey but!.

But as people or men in specifics, have different and varying opinions about it, it is when someone malign and attack another person over his/her opinion and always start a simple question that becomes a nightmare for Admin lol!

I have nothing against implants as I want to have a complete set before my life is over lol! as mine didn't blossom into full during my hormones intakes, it only grows bigger though, coz, I gained so much weight then, but decrease significantly when I re-gained my sexy and svelte figure .

But to suggest that an implants or breast makes you a woman and without it is just delusional for one to claim that she is. That logic is not only immature, unreasonable and deprive of common sense, a biological woman can cut off her breast (due to medical conditions) but, she still remains a woman.

Now if some claims that yeah! true, but you're not shemale or t-girl without the implants, yeah right! then you're not supposed to use the womens washroom, coz, you still got a dick, doesn't matter whether you've got a giant boobs (and that's what straight and biological men and women would tell you if they found out). If you recall the Christine Jacob case in Ontario, when the judge ruled in her favor and said (that according to Expert, Doctors, Scientist, and Paleontologist) that a womens breast is not part of genitalia. and so showing it in public, like what many men are doing is not an obscene and lewd act, therefore, as breast doesn't define your gender or sexuality, and the only part of our anatomy which defines us as man or a woman is what's there between our legs (a cock or a pussy) and only a complete removal or surgery can make you change that grey area of your gender and sexual identity. So don't base your descriptions or delineation on breast.

I have long been enough exposed to this community and I have seen many, many, many and I mean MANY, girls that inspite of this added foreign object to boost the mount of their mammary but still, some looking more manly as Mike Tyson.

But! I have seen a lot of them to have that complete package and their implants just added or accomplished their being (and that is how they want to show the world) and some of this girls you know already and seen already and hired already, and if not, you can see them at Goodhandy's, and I envy them, coz, I also want to have mine to look just like any of them if and when I finally got mine augmented.

now as for sexual taste that is a totally different subject. it as varied as everyones sexual appetite. big small none, whatever. there was a previous thread about this not long ago.

i know two new transwomen that are just beginning their transitions and have just started HRT. they have no breasts yet but are very feminine regardless, they both have full time jobs and are quite happy.

as for myself i plan to do HRT for all kinds of reasons. one is that i find myself still getting angry over stupid little things and it feels very male. an estrogen balance my calm this down. Two is the redistribution of body fats to make my body more feminine. the third is i dont mind growing some small breasts with sensitive nipples that my lover can suck on. the fourth is to bring my body more into line with my spiritual beng. augmentation not in the plans right now (too old i think) also i do not plan on SRS. i like my 130 lb body with its bits and pieces. they dont get used often but i am familiar with them. being more or less two gendered i will keep my bits and add just a few more.

I don't know if it is true but for me the most important thing is that it fits the physical side of the Tgirl or of the genetic woman. Its the beauty aspect. For some girls even with hormones the breasts just don't grow right and I understand why they feel the need for implants and that's ok. I prefer the natural way even if they remain small but that is just one man's opinion. Well taken douche...errr, I mean deux and you are on the money "to each his own" and I know there are more guys like you who wants a natural look. And we don't take it against any admirers who wants their girls big. I do prefer a normal size or bigger (as long as it's not mis-shapen already and nipples pointed in different directions). I have to put my 2 cents worth in on this thread. I too prefer hormone titties to implants but I realize hormones don't work for everyone and so I have no problem with anyone deciding to get implants. My problem is that they usually wind up with implants that are simply too large for their bodies. And why do so many keep getting larger ones such as Danika or Celeste from Vegas. I thought they were perfect the way they were but no, they had to have D cups. I do recommend that anyone planning on getting implants do a lot of research first and be willing to pay more to get a better job. I have seen pictures of one TO girl that got really bad, IMHO, implants and I believe I saw that she even mentioned that in this forum. She is beautiful, but the poor boob job takes away from her overall beauty, again IMHO.

To sum up, to me, breasts are important when selecting someone I would like to see. I have not yet hired anyone w/o breasts. Almost hired one of our breastless members recently because of her outstanding reputation, but because of her cloak and dagger address requirements, it didn't happen. It is not a question that applies only to T-girls is it? Genetic women have breasts too. Some women have small breasts, some have larger, and a few complain that their breasts are too large. If a T-girl starts on a hormone program, breast tisssue will begin to grow and the breasts will become more prominent. But hormones cannot determine the eventual size of a woman's breasts. Other factors control that. Same with a T-girl. For a T-girl, there are additionnal questions to be answered: Is she taking hormones at all? The right hormones? Enough hormones? For long enough to permit feminization?

So what is a girl to do? Accept that her breasts are as they are and live with it? Or enhance? That is an individual question isn't it?

Then there is the issue of surgery: Is the surgeon qualified? Is he good at it? Are the implants a good size for the girl? Are there issues like capsular contraction that interfere with the look and natural feel of the implants? How long since they were implanted (10 yrs recommended to be replaced)? Is there enough breast tissue to give the breasts a natural look and feel or are the breasts simply lumps of silicone directly under the skin? Again, these are very individual things.

As far as what looks good and feels good, that is in the eye of the beholder isn't it? Another individual thing.

So I don't think anyone can generalize about any of this. I don't even think anyone can really say that these breasts look good and those don't unless you add to that the words:"to me".

Indeed, and I know personally of a young girl of only 15 years who underwent breast reduction because of the misery her oversized breasts caused her, both physically, because of their mass, but also because of the humiliation she felt because of the unwanted attention they attracted.

On the opposite side, I know a girl who, even after bearing two children, has little more to show than a couple of fresh mosquito bites.

Always, I have been of the persuasion that if the restructured breasts do not appear as if they are natural and belong on that particular body, then, to my mind, they should not have been altered and detract from her apeal "to me".


In the structure of natural breasts, there is a gradual gradient or slope as the tissue begins to rise. So many implants appear to me to look as if the surgeon simply inserted half a grapefruit under the skin. There is almost a right angle between the chest wall and the implant, with no natural gradation or slope to soften the outline of that implanted lump of silicone, as Sunshine has pointed out.


Another thing that some girls, or their surgeons, seem to neglect or consider, is the powerful force of gravity and it's effect of causing a droop of the breast which streamlines its shape, just as a rain drop is a teardrop shape, not a nice round globe.


As to size, if the breast is not compatable with the natural build of the body on which it is placed, then "to me", they look cheesy!

IMHO not enough attention is paid by some girls or their surgeons, to the aesthetics involved in such body works.

As far as what looks good and feels good, that is in the eye of the beholder isn't it? Another individual thing.

if someone opts for implants, for whatever reason, going big is easy but is that the right thing to do? I agree with Toban in that, if the implants are too big, there is no way it will look "natural". They make nice clothes hangers that way though (lol).

A good surgeon will really try to steer the girl in the right choice of implant. There is a wide range of sizes and profiles to select from. Some surgeons will not contradict or interject when the girl says what they want. They will just take the money and do the surgery.

Surgeries are very expensive. Some girls try to save money by going to doctors abroad. I can't say that this will always backfire but I believe that there is an increased risk of poor results or other problems arising from the surgery. I firmly believe in doing good research and choosing a Canadian doctor with solid recommendations from several sources.

Personally, I think implants can be really nice. I like my breasts alot and I think they look pretty natural. But I have gone through 3 surgeries and I do alot of work to maintain them. It's a continuing commitment and not something you can pick up at the corner store.

To all you guys out there, I would be careful what you say to a T-girl about her breasts - she is likely to have spent alot of time and money on them.

I have seen 2 t-girls who I thought had near perfect breasts and one was with hormones and one was with surgery. So I dont think how the girls get there is the issue. Different paths can lead to the same destination. In both cases the reason I would say they were so great was the size fit there body type. Size does matter and it is not necessarily because they are huge.

Now the girl whose breasts were surgically created was talking about going and getting larger implants. I begged her not to. So Sunshine you are saying be careful what you say to a t-girl about her breasts. My question to you is I told a t-girl her tits are perfect dont change them like you want to. Did I do bad?

I think that if you like a girl's breasts, you can tell her that you like them. If you don't like them, you can say you like them or keep your mouth shut. Anything else may not be well received. Its a bit like presenting a problem without suggesting a workable solution - that is never well received by anyone.

As far as the particular scenario you were refering to, I think you have to try to talk the girl out of making a mistake - this is what a good surgeon would do too. But keep in mind that the girl's perception of her own body will not be the same as yours and you may not succeed.

There is a reason I think girls want to go too big. When a girl looks at her own breasts, they always seem smaller to her than they seem to an outside observer. I think this has to do with two illusions. First, when I look at my breasts by looking down at them, the line of attack is a very shallow angle and that makes it seem like they have less height than they actually have. Second, I will always be looking down at my breasts, even when I look at them in a mirror. Objects that are lower than line-of-sight always appear smaller. This is an illusion. Check it out yourself. Place a ball on the floor and hold another ball at line-of-sight. The ball on the floor will appear to be smaller.

I don't know if this is the only reason girls want to go too big but I know that body image is a complicated issue. You should make the effort to tell her that she looks good as she is. If she doesn't look good, then you have to tread with care and try to include a workable solution when you mention a problem. Even that is sometimes not possible.

Enough rambling about breasts from me. Everybody is an individual and should be proud of their individuality.
