Go to a doctor and ask for a prescription.
It might be a tad uncomfortable, but at least you know what you're getting.

I am in the US so possibly that makes a difference. I recall that my first order took a couple of weeks but my last several orders have arrived in about a week or less. Hope everything works out for you.

I ordered on your recommendation and have now had everything sitting in customs since the 18 of March.

Order was placed on the 4th.
Processed and sent on the 5th.
We request about 14-21 days for arrival since it is being sent from our overseas pharmacy.

Hmmm. I thought the Canadian healthcare system was better than that. As far as the Viagra/Cialis debate, I guess everyone's body is different. Lisa and I love Cialis. Nikki and Asia prefer Viagra. Lucy doesn't need anything, LOL.

Now i just go to the doctor and get a prescription from a Doctor.
I just go to the local medi-center and ask for a scrip for Viagra.

1 box of 4 - 100mg viagra pills with 10 refills.

25mg, 50mg & 100mg tablets are all the same price for some odd reason.
Most men rarely need more than 25mg.
TS sometimes need more due to the hormone effect.

So the real viagra from shoppers drug mart does cost about $15 a pill.
how ever i usually get a pill splitter and cut them in quarters and thirds.
That way u could take a little piece and that is usually enough, if you need more take another little piece. Most people take way too much anyway.

In my opinion Viagra is the best.
It works better and faster plus u can still notice it for up to a day.
They say 6 hours but just try taking some before u go to bed, and see how u feel in the morning. Cialis seems to last longer but not as effective I don't think.

Recently i ordered 'Maxvigra' online and it was fake.

The India stuff u can never be sure what is in it as these companies are not really regulated. (What if one of these facilities was suddenly aquired by terrorists?)

Viagra can also be bought on the street also in real and homemade versions.

I have also purchased it when in Thailand and Brazil.
You do not need a prescription in those countries but it is only a little cheaper so not worth smuggling really.

If you order from India see if you can get it ordered from Cipla Pharmaceuticals. It's one of the best in India and their meds have been approved by the WHO and FDA among others. Just because it's India doesn't mean they don't have world-class pharmas). They sell to over 170 countries. Cilpa sells their meds in Canada through various firms including Novopharm. They make their own Sildenafil and Tadalafil generics. I will likely procure from them next time.

Things to consider about knock-off drugs.

Sorry handpuppetboy, these may not be generic but they are imported from India and are made with the same ingredients and believe me,THEY WORK and work very well.

No they are not made with the same ingredients. The makers of Cialis e.g. are never going to sell their product at a cut rate to another seller so they can sell it to the public at a lower price cutting into the business of the original maker. Why would they do that?

What does happen is that the generic makers set up their own laboratories to manufacture a compund that may be similar to the original or it may not be even close. Most important, the knock-off supplier does not have the same quality contol or testing facilities so you will never know exactly what is in that pill.

Also, most of the content of any pill/tablet/capsule is a filler. For Cialis 20 mg e.g. is 20/1000 of a gram which is way too small a quantity to package so a filler is used to bulk it up up so that it can be more easily handled, compressed into a tab or filled in a capsule. The filler may have as much responsibilty for side effects as the active ingredient. Common fillers are lactose and talcum powder etc. etc. This filler is generally what makes street drugs such a problem.

So now then, there are two problems to worry about. The purity of the active ingredient and the substance used to dilute it.

Tip:

When your doctor writes your prescription make sure he puts the maximum size, as in Viagra 100mg and Cialis 20mg. You can cut the pill in half and it will work for you and doubles your prescription for the same price!
