Haven't you noticed women (...and t-girls) have this problem more than men? Some of it I think is just that female side of them being at the fore front the way it is. O.k. it's come to a point where I need to say something. It seems that when new members arrive they are either ignored, hazed or mocked. Unfortunately many that sign up here do not return due to such judgmental behavior as displayed here. I have to agree with both you and Rants on this. I find it difficult to understand what is going on in the heads of those few here who habitually try to trash and lay-waste others. Their behaviour is so predictable that to most regular members, their posts are considered as bunkum, implausable, but for new members or new girls trying to make a debut here, those thoughtless words can be most unsettling, perhaps even devastating!

Behind the scenes
I think there are other things going on behind the scenes that are not mentioned in the forums. Some of these girls do interact in real life, beyond the forums, and who knows if one girl did something to offend another. I hope someday, there will be a reconciliation between some members.
