lol? canadiens won't make the playoffs? let me remind you that your "leafs" didn't make them last year.... even though they have lots of new players.... it won't help them, being tough isn't exactly paying off.... (washington capitals, which we defeated in the playoffs last season)

It's pretty early in the season. Let's see what the standings are like by the half way mark. GO HABS!

              ...

I truly feel sorry for all Leafs fans. I really do. They haven't had much to cheer for over the past decade so I suppose having winning streaks helps them to justify that they are "better".

Too early into the season to get excited just yet. Nice to see them off to a good start, but there is a long way to go. I remember the year they started off 10-0 and were eliminated the first round of the playoffs. One game at a time.

habs fans CERTAINLY had a lot to cheer about in the past decade! you guys were just teased by a team that overall, is just as shit as the leafs.

There's lots of time for Management to realize they are spending too much money, make some stupid trades to lower the salaries and keep more for themselves. People will pay for a shitty team, why spend money to win.

Have you even compared the basic stats? Early part of the decade they were ahead of the HABS for points, then the lockout, then they went downhill and the HABS started to dominate. Arguing with you would be futile as the bickering between us would be non stop. Believe what you will as nothing I say would change your mind regardless and vice versa.

Someone asked about how many Canadian born players are on the Leafs. At the start of the 2010-11 season they have 11 out of a 23 man roster, wow, less than half.
