So I got prostate cancer and this Friday I am going under the knife. 50/50 I am told I come out of it sexual active still. Seems there is a nerve they "might" cut that stops me from hard ons or cumming. Wish me good karma please..

Look on the bright side, my friend.

It must have been a shock to hear that news but you have to realize that the surgical techniques today are much improved over what they were and the warning is just a precautionary measure.

I have a friend who was initially treated about 1993 and he is still clear of cancer today!

Best of luck and never give up, I have a friend that went in for surgery when he woke up they told him they had to remove his entire prostate which means nothing will ever work again. After about a year he woke up with a hard on, he says he still remembers yelling for his wife all she said was what did you do, now he has no problems at all, funny sometimes nature finds a way. Getting old sucks 2 weeks ago I found out I have celiac disease so now I'm trying to get it under control and see how much damage has already been done.
