So all this talk on the forum about cosmetic surgery, and the recent galleries posted by others made me think about some pics in my old wank bank. Here are some shots of some well known shemale pornstars back when they were young (or younger in Joanna Jets case, I don't think I've ever seen her in any pics in her 20s or there abouts). One of the things that I adore and facinates me about a transsexual or just transgendered are the changes in appearance they create.
