Buying Property.

Hey there everyone,
I have been looking to expand my assets. I own homes in a few countries and am looking to expand. I have found two places that I am interested in and would like to know if anyone has information, or owns property in either of these countries. I have interest in a property on the island of Mykonos in Greece, and another in Florianopolis in Brazil. I have visited both, so telling me the beauty of either is pointless. I was wondering more into tax structure, foreign buyers, etc.
