OK I know this might be the wrong place to ask this....but tit might also be the best...
I am old enough to not have grown up when it was common for men to remove/groom pubic hair.
Once when I was a teen I somehow thought it would be interesting to shave down there...
I was itchy and uncomfortable for a week.

What is the best way to remove hair from my genitals?
How often is it maintained?
Can guys wax? or is it dangerous? tearing the skin?
Is it true that removal of the hair can reduce the smell down there?

Hey Storm, I use a Philips Body Groomer which is made for men. The result is not as close as shaving but I don't have the itching you described. I always use the groomer before I have an encounter with one of the girls. I use it on my balls and asshole area as well but you have to be a little more careful down there. If you want to maintain the shaved look you will have to use it probably once a week or so. I generally go several weeks between groomings if I don't have any encounters. Although many will disagree, I do feel cleaner w/o the bush which is why I will not knowingly see a girl who is hairy down there and it just looks better too, IMHO.

Shave.. when it starts growing back.. shave again..

Typically for a guys if you want to keep it smooth you'll be shaving every day or every other day. Leaving a patch of hair above your dick might reduce the itching a bit and tends to look good. The hair you don't shave should be trimmed to like 1/2" at most in length.

When you keep shaving the itching will subside after a couple weeks..

If you're a masochist you could go for a Brazilian waxing.. lol.. It hurts like hell the first time..

I like men that are well groomed down there. It makes things a lot more lick-able and fun..

Body odor is one of the ways we can sense each others moods and desires.

But yes, a hairy bush is smellier than a shaven one by design.
Apparently our armpit excretions are the highest in pheromones next to the genital region.
