Red x's as Pics

Is it my computer or are all recent pics showing up as red x's?

Usually that means you're either not logged into the forum (don't have the permission to view), or, the link to the pic(s) is broken, missing, or, deleted.

That is pretty frustrating and I've had it happen in the past too.

If it has just happened on sites that normally have shown the pics for you then maybe you'll find there's some help for those X's here:- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283807

Use Chrome. IE is garbage.

Thanks for the help. It's strange as it seems that only the posts from last week are a problem. However, I was able to view them last week. New posts are not a problem this week.

Chrome seems to work best on the forum.

Internet Explorer 9 doesn't work so well.

The red X is often on your side.
However if you are looking at very old posts it may just be missing pics.

the url of the forum should be http://tgirlforums.com/yabbse/
have 'www' may cause weirdness occasionally.

The forum uses alot of technology so browsers may have the odd issue.
These things are recommended anytime you have problems.

1. Clear your browser cache/temporary internet files.
2. Refresh the page, do a hard refresh like CTRL-F5 or SHIFT-F5.
3. Restart your computer.

Thanks for the tip about Chrome, Shyla and Crag.

Earlier this morning I was running into the same problem as petere68. I immediately switched over to Chrome and volia! All the lovely pictures are back. Oh happy times!

yes internet explorer sucks!!! switch to chrome or iron(super fast version of chrome)
