Interestingly, no one has mentioned or made a big deal out of the fact that she is trans. Sign of Canada's maturity? Anyway, congrats to her. She is a rising political star. Maybe she will be the first trans MP.

Good for her! I have read some of her threads on here and she has a great head on her shoulders. It's fantastic to know there is an empowered voice out there.
