I would agree with the prostate massage. I use it often to prep guys for my size. As soon as I can get my pointer and middle fingers in, I know you can handle me. As for douching, I have clients that book extra time for this very reason. Guys very often come during their lunch hour or afterwork and therefore do not have time to douche.
