Not only is it NOT inappropriate - it's smart: the more you can remove the basis for misunderstanding ahead of time, tha happier and safer everyone will be. You set entirely reasonable expectations and require that donors abide by them. I don't see how any rational person could be offended. I see a stated etiquette page as a positive thing - it lets me know that you are professional and intelligent about how you want things to go.

OH i wont lose any sleep over this. Every since i re opened my website last year with that specific page. Bookings and working has been a lot easier.
Time wasters are hardly calling anymore/ lesss bulshit.
Its just so mind boggling that 3 simple rules can make someone act so egregious & foolish.

It is usually best policy to ignore these types of messages generated from web site forms. The reason is that you can never be sure that the email address submitted with the form is actually from the person that wrote the hateful message. You might inadvertently send your nasty reply to someone innocent of the exchange (like the author's ex-wife or ex-lover).

I always read & reply to any forms i receive.
Any reviews, any criticism, inquiries and comments. I even send out personal emails to anyone that signs up.
If i need to defend my website & everything inside that makes THE.sweet.KITANA then i shall.
&&& i didint find my reply to this imbecile to be hateful at all.
I did not reply with any foul words, derogatory nor hate towards him. I just simply gave back the "fuck off" he thrown at me.
