Dont think like that lol! As a part time masseuse there, its a very nice setting for some relaxing time !
And we have a variety of good girls. Some in montreal. We have local such as me.. kourtney. We even landed Casey Lay who did some shoots with Kevin. And she was a hit when i was with her. I had no chance when she was there. And may i add.. we have an awesome boss Shyla Wild. I believe its almost one month now. And we did some enhancements for the place.. so its good. Were a very easy going group and thats why i like to work with such establishment. Licensed, private, great atmosphere. Reputable girls, some new (but we play as big sisters to them)

I have always said ...Know your rights:
Police Coming to Your Door: Any person, including a police officer, has your implied consent to walk onto your property for the purpose of communicating to you at your front door. If the police have a legitimate reason for communicating with you, such as responding to a call or seeking information for an investigation, then there is nothing wrong with this. Police are not, however, entitled to abuse this ability by using it to conduct a ?sniff? test ? just going to the front door to see whether there is any sign of criminal activity when someone answers the knock. There is also no obligation to answer the door when the police come knocking. There is no obligation to speak to the police at your door, and you can end any conversation with them whenever you choose.
Search Warrants: A search warrant is a judicial authorization to enter and search a place for evidence of a crime. They are often used for the search and seizure of illegal drugs or firearms, but may be related to a search for evidence of any crime. It may authorize the police to enter at night, and it may authorize the police to use force in making their entry. Police can detain the people found in the home while the search is being conducted, and may make arrests or lay charges based on what is found. The police may also seize any number of items found during a search in pursuit of their investigation. The validity of search warrants can be challenged later in court, and issues related to the release of items that are seized can also be dealt with later. Anything that is seized as evidence will likely be held at least until the related charges are over.
Just these two sections hold enough rights that your fears will never happen to anyone. Basically in English, police come to the door 1) No warrant - FUCK OFF and don't disturb my business or my clients. 2) With a warrant. I don't have illegal drugs, arms, or any other activity going on in my salon. Therefore, come in, take a look and bye bye....because there is nothing to see. Maybe they could enter, but they wouldn't find anything...hence a possible situation for a client who will be put at ease once the police leave without an issue.Shyla Wild

This is a closer description of US law. In Canada the lines can get quite blurry about this sort of thing. Police do not need a warrant to enter a premise if they have probable cause. An officer with reason to believe a criminal act is taking place has lawful authority to enter. They do not need anyone's permission, whether it be yours or a judges. It's the same legal authority that allows them to completely rip your car apart (ie rip off the dashboard, cut into your seats, rip up the carpet, etc because an officer thought they smelled marijuana). And if they did try and make entry without a warrant or proable cause, and you said no, you would be charged with obstruction of justice if you try and stop them. The entry may not be lawful but the charges against you would stick. Canadian courts have a long history of enforcing this.
There is also the possibility of police doing what they've done at biker bars for decades in Canada. They just wait outside for people to enter and when they exit the cops move in and make an arrest on the grounds of suspision of illegal activity. A lot of the time the charges don't stick but after being cuffed, fingerprinted, interrogated and spending money on a lawyer most don't want the hassle and they take their business somewhere else the cops aren't watching. Many establishments have been closed due to loss of business because of this tactic.
Thankfully we don't see much of this because most police services show restraint. Make no mistake about it, we know nothing about "abuse" of police powers in Canada. People don't have the same civil protections laws that Americans do. When the cops come to your door, you're always wise to comply with their orders and seek legal action after. Judges sentence people all the time who thought they could be their own lawyers and were wrong.

ALRIGHT, I agree its about time that police and any person within the government, doctors, judges, or who have a certain power like a security guard or principal of a school, etc, need to be treated like normal folk at the work place that must NEVER abuse their power and must treat everyone with respect and like an equal!!!!! The days of fearing police or principal of a school or fearing to ask a doctor questions including about his past history with other patients or needing to stand for the judge and address him as "your honor" needs to end for they are the first kinds of people that should be under surveillance or they may screw with you.Originally posted by Shyla Wild View PostI have always said ...Know your rights:

I totally agree with everything you say. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to fight the police on spot. But like I said, I run a tight shop and a clean business within the "Laws". Based on this, they can enter my business at any time. I have things setup in a way that if they can enter, they can look around but won't find anything. I'm not going to fight them on probable cause. BUT the police must also understand that at some point "probable cause" becomes harassement.Originally posted by tommygun View PostNot quite.
