If they look alot like someone I know when they are in boy mode it can be different.

I prefer to not see them as a boy, but who are we kidding. I've been with crossdressers that are pretty passable, and some that I had to convince myself they are passable enough. I was with one once that was a master at keeping the hair over the face. LOL.

So I guess I am saying it is not a deal breaker.

There needs to be some kind of hormones or med that will form a barrior around their balls so they will never shrink thus they can always be on hormones and look as female as possible without shrinkage.
