Being Filmed Without Knowing

Hey everyone!

I'm a long time member or the forum, but haven't really been that active in posting. I have seen quite a few of our gorgeous Tgirls over the past years, some of which were much beyond my expectations On one of my most recent outings, I kind of had a feeling that I was possibly being filmed, or recorded on webcam...although I really have no real proof that this occurred. I'm just wondering if any other guys have felt that same feeling, or if any of the girls generally do it for their own protection in case they have an abusive client. Mind you, if I was recorded, I'd love to see the footage! On the other hand...its not footage I'd want getting out in public, just as in any other sex tape/clip I've recorded myself with any partners, gg or ts. Let me know your thoughts!

I was working as a bartender in Montreal a while ago. I left my bar to go to the Bathroom. 2 guys followed me and decided to teach me a lesson for running my mouth. The beat me up right in front of a camera. This led me to believe that a camera does nothing. All it does is film you while horrible things are being done to you. I remember even warning the guys that they were on camera and they did not care.

Filming your client without permission is illegal. If you have security cameras, you must advise your client or there must be signs advising them that they are being filmed. I have had clients walk see me, and the first thing they do is close my laptop in case the camera is rolling.

My personal opinion would be no, simply because of the SP's future business. If your session was recorded and then put out online anywhere, it wouldn't take long for this SP to be called out on such action and probably wouldn't get another client.... Ever! I'm not sure of the legal repercussions of such an action but it wouldn't really matter as your personal life could be ruined over such a thing, so why expose it further. I was asked once if I wanted to do a photo session and of course politely refused, not because I was shy or chicken, I didn't need myself pasted all over the internet so a buddy of mine out east who could be on here say hey, that's so and so, Facebook, Twitter, you name it, life ruined. Hell, for all I know, you and I could have been best friends in high school, but we'll never know, and it'll stay that way.
As far as being filmed without consent, that's suicide on the SP's part. I wouldn't worry about it too much

Shyla - I'm sorry to hear about that terrible assault that happened, what cowards. As far as filming without consent being illegal, I'm aware of that, but I don't necessarily mean the footage will end up in the public domain. Was wondering more so if some girls do it for their own protection, in case anything bad were to arrive. The situation I was referring to did have a laptop on the desk, screen saver on, but definitely still running, playing music and whatnot. So there is a chance it could have been recording. I'll make sure to ask to have it closed next time.

Risky - I understand that leaked footage in the public domain would tarnish a girl's reputation, but again I didn't necessarily mean it would. But you never know, data could be transferred, stored and uploaded by a third party.

I don't believe it's common practice for girls to film their clients, but there is a possibility it could happen...right?

Being serious:
Maybe she was recording.
Maybe she was assaulted before and now prefers to have a video just in case it happens again and needs to go to the police to identify the assaulter.

I am not totally sure if spy cams or surveillance cameras are illegal to operate (in her home) without a person's (your) knowledge, but my spidey senses tell me it's not illegal to record what happens in YOUR own home.
For outside recording of your property, i am pretty sure the camera owner MUST post signs outside stating that the premises are being recorded by cams.

I think it's more what she does with the video afterwards that can be considered illegal.
I know that having a hidden cam in the washroom is illegal, but in her bedroom where she and YOU are BOTH naked, i am not sure if the presence of a working cam is really illegal. It's sneaky, yes, but maybe she feels safer with a video. I am not saying it's cool to record the guy and then publish it on some porn site.

Anyway, why ask us? NONE of us, here, are lawyers, to my knowledge.
You would get a much better and more accurate answer by reading the Criminal Code in your region/city.

If it was illegal to record people without their knowledge, why are so many nanny cams being used for baby sitters?...they don't know they're being recorded - and they are valid in court.

Anyway, that's my nickles worth.

and Babe, thanks for your wonderful response. I'm not really worried about the legality of the matter, I'm more so interested to know if some girls do it or not. I figure some might, because just as you said, they could want some evidence in case an assault occurs. It was not in a private home, it was in a hotel room. Just seemed like I was asked to be positioned in a certain manner which happened to be in the cam/laptop's direct view. I don't believe this wonderful lady would try to compromise anybody's privacy, I figured if it was the case, it's for her protection. Since I have no proof or ground to blame anyone, I will not mention her name seeing that it could ruin a positive reputation.

Yea, mentioning her name would not be nice. But the mere bringing this topic up to everyone's attention is a good heads up for the paranoid men.
However, spy cams are sold that are as small as a ball point pen to the size of a car key-chain, so worrying about whether a lap top is facing you should be of little worry.
I am sure guys will be asking that laptop tops are brought down, now.

To be honest, I don't know why I have been lurking so long and been hesitant to post. I have been with a dozen or more girls over the years, some of them being some of the best in the country! I appreciate the good reviews others give, some of which are what tempted me to visit certain girls.
