Every country that hosts an international event like the Olympics is going to be challenged on their human rights issues. Whether those are human rights violations based on race, religion, political, sexual orientation, etc. Gay rights crosses every cultural, ethnic, social,political, religious boundaries. As there are gay and LGBT people in every one of these and in every country. So how is this a narrow "liberal special interest group" ?

It does make a difference trying something once or twice is experimenting. Craving that in the majority of your sexual encounters makes it a preference. And yes you are engaging in homosexual activity when you are having sex with a pre-op

Well Greep seems you are following me around to justify your own denial that even though you like having sex with transsexuals that you have no need for LGBT rights as they have no effect on you as you are straight and not gay,bi or trans. And again if there were no progress in LGBT rights there would be NO pretty T-Girls for you to see as no person struggling with gender dysphoria could obtain hormone therapy or any kind of feminizing surgeries. Expressions of dysphoria would only get the person locked up in a mental institution and heavily medicated with anti-psychotic drugs until you convince them you no longer believe you are a woman trapped in a man's body. We would all just be hairy, masculine cross dressers. Hairy from head to toe as who would dare shave their body hair and then be caught and questioned for having done so.

The violence and discrimination that those who are openly gay, bi or trans spreads to those associated with them in any way and especially for those involved with these "freaks and abominations" sexually. Denial Is a problem!

Also people who are in denial are a problem for me and for the LGBT community because often denial makes people over compensate for feeling guilty for their involvement even secretly with a trans woman or gay person. They may have just left a "discreet encounter" and then they are the ones participating in the gay-bashing jokes and comments at work or out with the boys in order to distance themselves from anyone or any involvement with the LGBT community. They do this to protect their macho straight hetero image at all costs.

Rob Ford put his personal believe ahead of adding a voice to object to this deplorable attitude. Whether he participates in the Pride Parade...tough decision.
