It is my opinion that there are many TG ladies that appeal in such a way as to make the presence of breasts/large breasts a non-factor. I know of more than a few ladies that intend to 'enhance'. They were never my thing and I don't intend to have them at all. If hormonal therapy is started at a younger age, one can easily achieve a B-cup. Most of the genetic girls I know in real life are in the B or C-cup range. My preference is for something that would match my body and taste.

While we are discussing implants I have another complaint about some forms. A natural breast has a droop and a more or less teardrop shape caused by Mother Nature which makes the upper surface somewhat concave as the soft tissue is pulled downward by gravity.
