Not sure about the tgirl providers, but I do know some gg providers personally who have similar ads. Many times, when its stated, they are in a relationship with/working for a black guy. I don't know the reasoning behind it as I didn't want to question too in depth. Maybe someone else can chime in on why. Could be due to size, could be due to racism or prejudice, could be due to their potential partner's insecurity. Again, I cannot say I have the answer for the question, but do know genetic escorts who include that restriction on their ad due to being in a relationship with a black man.

Not necessarily that they are insecure, more so they might not want their partner/worker going for a next guy who might have similar traits or mind frame. I have nothing against anyone's decision and it's not for me to judge how anyone lives their life, but I'm speaking of guys who consider themselves "pimps". I'm working with older data, but in 2013, blacks made up about 12-13% of the U.S. population, yet made up about 43% of the total number of people living with HIV in the U.S., and accounted for about 46% of the new infections in that year.

In Canada in 2008, blacks made up about 2.5-3% of the population, yet accounted for about 16% of new infections, and as an ethnic group, made up about 14% of the total number of people living with HIV in Canada.

I don't know what the current stats look like (too lazy to search), but anyone who can do even basic math will realize that blacks are an extremely high risk group because their infection rates are very disproportionate to their population, similar to men who have sex with men, although there's also obviously overlap.

Just to give a brief example - in the first link, you can infer from the data that there were about 4.77 times the number of whites compared to blacks by population, yet there were about 1.64 times the number of blacks who contracted HIV in the US in 2013. Similarly, there were about 4.33 times the number of blacks compared to Asians by population, yet there were about 46 times the number of blacks who contracted HIV in the US in 2013. This means that, according to comparative population size, blacks had about 7.8 times the rate of infection of whites, and about 10.6 times the rate of infection of Asians. It's kind of startling.

there is no way to look at somebody and say who has HIV or not. besides, who is to say an escort isn't infected, even with less serious STDs? there is no way to tell off the bat.
