Yes they put the sign up because too many young men are entering it claiming to be transgendered.
If they so drunk like this how is a sign going to stop them anyway.
I'm not really clear what anyone is going to see in the ladies room anyway, there is only stalls.
Plus women use the men's washroom whenever they like.

I used to run a big night club and there was this gay guy that would come in an prey on really drunk guys.
One night he was making out in the corner with a incoherent drunk dude, probably straight.
All the bouncers were begging to be able to bounce them but I said they are really doing nothing wrong.
Well after that the bouncers were foaming at the mouth and I could barely control them.
The DJ was putting the spotlight on them trying to embarrass them because he and the bouncers could not stand it.

Finally, even though everyone was watching them, they tried to sneak down the back stairwell which was alarmed and off limits.
I then told the bouncers they could do their jobs, and i have never seen any guys run faster in my life.
I'm sure if I wasn't there the gay guy would have been torn limb from limb, probably with legal repercussions.
Still there was not rules or laws against making out in a nightclub, although I suspect most of the guys were too drunk to realized what was really going on. However i don't think it was our fault if they accidently get sucked off by a gay dude.

Seems like the bouncer in this story claims to be tolerant. However not clear why the bouncer would agree to question her about her genitals.
