Can anyone out here suggest the best bang for my buck burner phone in the GTA? Also what's the best way to go about getting a burner phone with SMS and data all anonymous? Just need my privacy and private life to be just that anonymous, and untraceable. Too much to lose and hurt if ever outted

You don't really need to buy a new phone if you have an older phone, which most people do.
Get an unlocked device and then get a prepaid sim card for it.
The only identification the device has is the IMEI which is not transmitted to anyone.
You can even swap sim cards on any unlocked phone.
I would recommend getting your phone unlocked online rather than go to the carrier.
My carrier charged me $50 to unlock my Blackberry 10 phone and it never worked.
Then I went to cell unlocker and they did it for $12, and it worked fine.
You can get prepaid sims all over but I think if you get them from Bell or Telus etc. they may charge extra to hide your name but it can be done.
However there is lots of other options that should only show you number as the caller.

In Thailand i just use my unlocked smart phone with a sim I buy at the airport.
It only shows my number and i refill it at any 7-11, similar to the ones above.
This page is interesting but you don't really need full anonymity from big brother.
You just need the callee not to know your identity.
