some STDs can be spread via skin contact. others even by kissing or saliva. there is thus no sure fire way, since like you know, medicine isn't perfect. nothing is. people can also be shitty and prick condoms with pins, or lie about taking the pill (if it's a genetic woman).

but then better wear an imperfect condom, if it can greatly curb STDs than without.
