I came across this ad by accident, and thought many here might appreciate it and get a chuckle. It deals with the misfortunes of a girl who has had SRS and is unhappy about the way it turned out.

Once there, on the top right, click on Browse Country and then choose Netherlands from the dropdown menu. The ad is for Opel and is titled Sex Change. Lots of other good Television ads here that are a lot more risque or funnier than those we get to see here.
