Since rates have gone from $200/h to $300/h, I have cut my spending in a year in half.

Value for our money is and always should be at the forefront
you will get outstanding service and TOTAL shit service on either side of the coin...

I for one have no issue spending 300..400..500/hr but I expect value for that
some give it... some dont...you just have to do research to maximize / minimize your risk to value ratio...
