Are there any TGirl or CD places to hang out in Vancouver? Most are gone even pre covid times

Celebrities was good at late nights on the weekends for trans, CD, and many of our local escorts would pop in if they wanted to party with friends.
THe Junction had drag shows regularly which brought out a lot of the trans community for support and fun. That of course was pre covid bullshit.
I would think night clubs will not be running properly until September. My understanding is the July 1 plan (if the government implements it) will still not allow dancing and will have capacity restrictions. A lot of night clubs are planning for a September re launch and aren't going to bother at this point.
So for now, see the lay of the land once we pass July 1 and see who goes ahead and opens with the restrictions and who decides to wait. If Celebs opens up you can be sure people will want to socialize and it will be a social spot again, even with restrictions.
I miss the strip clubs very much too. I averaged one or two visits a month, and after 18 months i do miss the fun atmosphere
I can;t night life as much as I used to (getting near 50 seems to lower the capacity for late night debauchery!), but I will enjoy getting back to being able to pop in for some fun once in a while.
It's time to leave Mother Hen Bonnie behind and get back to living life with all the wonder and risk and possibilities it should have. -
There used to be a place called Forbidden City for trans and cd that seems interesting but I hear the owner passed away. I guess no one took over or a place similar to meet others.Comment
