Getting confused about Goodhandy's

I see the new flyer out for Goodhandy's ladyplus parties at club 120.

So is the club not called Goodhandy's anymore?
Is Goodhandy's fading away and just becoming Ladyplus parties at Club 120?
Or is club 120 actually Goodhandy's on the Ladyplus nights.

What is Club 120 exactly and how does it differ from Goodhandys?
Is it actually a Gay bar now with TS events.

I am totally lost here, too many names?

I suspect they wanted a more mainstream/generic name to market themselves with, but I have no first hand knowledge to confirm.
