What amazes me the most about this proposal, is any citizen can sue any porn performer for doing a non-condom scene. Think about that for a moment. If London Keyes makes a scene in Porn Valley without a condom, 5000 porn viewers could head to the courthouse and sue her.
That is so punitive to the point that it basically would end porn in California, drive it underground with less testing, less safety protocols, and a much dirtier business.
There is a lot more to Prop 60 than that... this is just the one part of it that is staggering to me.
