How about Reddit? Can we create a sub-reddit for this? Reddit is much better in terms of organizing data and has a very good search functionality. In case things go south (prostitution isn't exactly legal in india), reddit's compliance with the government and local laws will mean there's a chance your privacy will be at risk. If you want a platform free of government intervention and respects user privacy, may I suggest telegram? First of all, I don't want a closed community. No way. I want an open community where we share mutual responsibility towards protecting crucial info from going into the wrong hands. Telegram is not the ideal solution, it has it's own privacy issues, moreover it's like WhatsApp, only it doesn't reveal user's phone number. It doesn't have Search, Post filters/sorting etc. If we are looking for something like a chat app there are better alternatives. It's also very hard for new people to join telegram's chat group, you just can't search for a group that easy. On the other hand, anyone can easily find a sub-reddit given that it is open, we can decide who can join. Regarding Indian government and it's intervention, I don't think it should be a problem. There are thousands of subs on Reddit dedicated to NSFW and I can think of at least 2 Indian subs that are used for escorts/mongering discussions.
