  • Insecurity about sti's

    Hi,

I've been dreaming to make the jump, especially being topped for the first time but I am also scared at the risks of catching a sti, did anyone have bad experiences in the past, by the way of course I want to do protected sex!

    Thank you

wear condoms and stick with well reviewed girls. Wear condoms for oral if you have anxiety over that and you can relax. Nothing is 100% but condoms for oral and anal greatly reduce your risk factors. Even ask for a view of their recent STI tests if you need even more assurances.

Theres risk with a lot of things, smoking, drinking, getting in your car. We mitigate and take precautions and make peace with our decisions, right? Same thing with sex.

You're also not going to enjoy your time if you're scared. Seeing an escort assumes some risk no matter how careful you are. Being with anyone sexually assumes some risk. It's the world we live in. You either accept the risk and have fun or you don't see escorts.

That risk is there with anyone. High calibre escorts are safer than girls we meet on the internet, tinder, POF, at clubs and bars , etc. "Civilians" are highly unlikely to be regularly tested (if ever, most people assume they are clean unless they get symptoms). So it is not accurate to think seeing escorts carries a risk any more than what we may carry meeting people through other means. One is more at risk getting a BBBJ from that hot person after a Tinder date, than getting BBBJ from a well reviewed escort.

There are ways to protect, ways to wisely chose partners; ultimately, to have zero risk means being celibate. Just like having zero risk of a car accident is to never get in one.

                oh god i'm still laughing

Honestly I've visited escorts probably 500 times (holy f--k that's alot of $$$$$)

Probably caught a STD 5 times, always from unprotected sex (BB BJ), (I been tested for the worst diseases, and came back negative)

Was always an easy cure, yep penicillin cures it 99% of time. It's not fun in the doctor's office, and the test F--king hurts, yes they swap inside of your head.

So anything is possible escort or not,

                just play safe.

I've actually started taking the medicine before I see the girl, therefore reducing the risk more, LOL

                just my 0.02 cents

Re-read what I posted. You must have misunderstood what I said. I highlighted the area you are in disagreement with. If you find where I said seeing escorts carries a greater risk please let me know because I stand by what I wrote.

Based on my experience in the industry it's actually more likely that the client with give the escort an STI rather than the reverse..

Most providers, including myself get tested on a regular basis.. Some of us are also very knowledgeable on the topic as it's something that we need to know in order to stay safe..

However.. if you take the plunge.. stick with professional providers that are known and reviewed..

Also stay away from those that party & play as people that use hard drugs are higher risk and will have weaker immune systems..

Lastly if you don't have a lot of contact with kissing and stuff like that (or don't have school age kids around) you are higher risk to get something like Strep-throat or Mono.. These are common and do not require medical attention unless you get complications..

Play safe & wash up properly when you're done!

If this can reassure you, remember that working girls are usually cleaner than any regular chick in a bar/club since they are usually aware of their status. Working girls usually get tested frequently even if there is no symptoms instead of a non working girl who would go get tested only if she has symptoms.

Just get regular testing. If you catch something, they have some pills and a shot for you. Life is too short to worry TOO much

Yeah, it amazes me the vast majority of society don't understand that concept. In the dating world, whether men and women are meeting at bars, on tinder, POF, or even organically through social contact, it's often the verbal "I am clean" that is the test. Many use condoms for sex (but many dont if the girl is on birth control) , and BBBJ is almost universal. Nobody tests themselves unless they get a symptom and then go to the doctor. yes, an escort might have 50 partners in a month, but if she is a well regarded provider, she is using condoms and is testing regularly, and knows her health status and can back it up. Most of the regular population just assume they have no STI's based on lack of visible evidence.

It's not insecurity if the threat is real.

It's your natural defense mechanism kicking in from millions of years of evolution, right down to when we were possums and sensed a rattle snake in the bush.

                            No pun intended.

Does anyone know the relative risks of giving bbbj, vs. receiving? I'm happy to receive a cbj but much prefer giving bbbj - does that make any health sense whatsoever?
