Does anyone know how much of the orgasmic sensation is retained when a girl goes post-op? I know that they try to use the tip of the penis, the sensitive area, to form and make the clitoris, but I wonder how effective it is! Thoughts? Insights? Just curious.... Please....

Re: Question re. post-op sensation - If anyone knows I want to know!
I figure that each girl would have varying results, depending on their anatomy, and skill level of the surgeon. I've been with 2 post-op girls, each seemed to enjoy stimulation, however,(as with any girl) 'faking it' is always a possibility. Bear in mind,a post-op will not have the telltale dead giveaway wetness proving she's horny as hell.My 2 cents.

Excellent point smack... guess the only way to know is when a post-op girl answers the question....lol .... Girls??When Life Becomes A Pain in the Ass, Use More Lube, or Learn to Enjoy it.

I've never really thought about post-ops before. In fact, for me....the facination and attraction is lost with post op girls. I like GG, but I'm here for TS girls, and I wouldn't go out of my way to look for a post op TS. That special something for me is the femininity AND the cock. Curious to know how others feel about this.

Assuming that the girl has done her homework and choose a great surgeon for her SRS, even better, the best of all surgeons, then her vagina will be as good, even tighter than a cis woman's vagina.
The only drawback is the price of the surgeon.
I paid roughly 50K for my surgery (plus a cost of living in a hotel for a month stay in Chonburi, Thailand).
I paid for my dad, sister and brother to come with me too, but they only stayed for a week, and my sister 2 weeks.
dr Brassard of Montreal is pretty good and I see some of his result.
I believe it is still free of charge for us, Canadians?
The only problem is the waiting time and the protocol of having it done. It can take up to 3 years if I am not mistaken.A World Class Courtesan. Seeing is Believing.

Me in the middle with my friends. we were all SRS patients of dr.suporn.
i decided to have SRS, not because I wanted it but because nobody knew I was a tgirl unless they knew my past or I told them.
i made some men cried because they were so disappointed to find out that I had a penis.
so finally, I gave up...and did the SRS because I believe my life would be much easier after that.
i was right. Shortly afterwards I met my husband and so many boyfriends and lovers before that.
I swear to God, there was a time, I joined Tinder and every man that I like, like me too, until they found out that I was Tia Phoenixx lol
It is funny, I always think I am a tomboy and two spirited, but every man think I am feminine and girly (except my husband, he calls me boss lol).A World Class Courtesan. Seeing is Believing.

However, there are girls who really want to be a post op and they feel incomplete without SRS.Last edited by christophe; 06-21-2018, 03:58 PM.

Not me, I was fine as a pre op, I was even happy as a gay boy.
I became a tgirl because I want to explore my femininity and because I know for a fact that most men love women.
So I started to be androgynous and gradually evolved to become ?all natural tgirl?
I used to be known for my all natural, no surgery look few years back, but then i evolved to be more
Womanly once I reached certain age.
After few years:
I got tired of people got confused to see an attractive girl without boobies, so I got some boobs and had my HRT (hormones).
Once I evolved successfully, problems started to come in my private life because they thought I was a cis woman.
And finally after considering the pros and minus of being a woman, I decided to become one ( my srs was end of February 2016)
I would not have done it if I was not passable as a pre op.
i saw so many cases that post op trans who are not passable having a harder and more lonely life after the surgery.
So SRS alone is not a solution to be accepted in a straight life.
However, for few of us who are passable, our lives will be much more rewarding.
Unfortunely, most of us try to hide our past, not me.
I am embracing it. I don?t have any problem if people know I am a tgirl.
From time to time, I voluntarily tell them, especially if I see a tgirl who are still in her early transition.
I hope my story helps.
happy Summer

There are people with malicious intention trying to convince others by telling them my past as a tgirl.
If their intention is malicious then I don?t have any problem to lie about my past.
However if they ask me with respect then I will be happy to tell about my whole life.
Like in this forums for instance. I am voluntarily sharing my life.
Although I?m having a very different lifestyle by now, but I still remember you all and I will support tgirl community in my own way. I promise
