You can be fines anywhere from 300 to 5000 depending on the state. And in 24 of the states you can be put in jail for up to 3 years for a heath hazzard the way the laws are written.

Moreover, shipping is going to also be an issue. If you ship this locally or internationally, you may encounter another US law. "Obscene Material." Ebay has strict rules on this and demand that all clothing be washed.
