Also, he's wanting a slick & well done professional web page at the lowest cost possible.

I do web design but automatically turn down these low paying, hours of work type jobs. They're just not worth the time & trouble when there are other big paying customers waiting in the wings. I find the cheapies tend to hate everything you do to try and get an even better price, a real headache.

Good extra cash project for a student I guess...

Same idea as a high priced & well reviewed escort, why would they settle for $50 when they can receive $300-$400 per hour without a problem?
