Thanks for your question. Part of good outcome of srs is recovery period. Usually healing period is taking 1- 3 months after surgery to complete recovery. We require all srs patient to stay At least 1 month as the first month after surgery which this period have high risk and need special care to avoid any problem on post-operation. And before you go back doctor will check the patient condition and if doctor see that you are not in good condition yet they might require you to stay longer, until you are heal at certain level. And you allow to have sex after three months. So if you follow surgeon's instruction then you should be fine.

So the problem I found from some cases are losing vagina depth and that's from the lack of dilation. And I found a case of patient that having sex with guy with penis too big and long can cause bleeding too. In this case you can see doctor in your area.
