Unfortunately, those of us who live outside the well populated centres are SOL. I have found that Air Canada provides the only answer for me to the total absence of TS ladies in my location.

So flying or driving to the big city is the best solution, but for me the drive is pretty much a full day each way so I'd rather fly and gain about two days but have less to spend on the girls.
