Fort McMurray has become a recent "Tour Location" for most girls travelling through Alberta. To my knowledge, presently there is no local girls working the city. I would recommend watching the girls travel schedules, especially girls hitting Edmonton as it is the closest town to Fort Mac and hopefully someone is travelling to your area or is willing to make the trip from Edmonton.
