As Crag has suggested you are quite probably never going to find a completely functional hermaphrodite with full sets of both sex organs. What you may find are individuals where organs of one sex may be fairly predominant along with some poorly defined organs of the other sex or where some of the other organs can be completely missing. It is a result of improper early development of the embyo.

The individual you may more likely find interesting is today more correctly called intersex and will have some fully developed characteristics of both sexes, e.g. maybe a feminine body type with breasts, a fully functional penis but no vagina and perhaps missing uterus, ovaries, testes etc..
