Looking in NC/DC/SD

Anyone know of a good provider in the Raleigh, NC area? Hard to tell what is real backpage... Do I need to go to other cities? If you have any suggestions please let me know, this will be my first experience.
i travel to Vegas, San Diego and D.C. For business a couple of times a year so any suggestions there would also be great.
