It is possible, just rare. Not so much from the perspective of "most are working girls", but because so many trans women have been mucked over by men they have had to develop a hard shell around their heart.
I was in a relationship with and married to a trans woman for 5 years. Best relationship I've had in my life and it took years to find someone like her. While the divorce was not my idea, I take heart that finding such a relationship again is possible.

Yeah it is true that some women are so messed up by guys that it is hard to have a really open heart. To some of us it isn't the men but rather society in general.

This is one thing that truly pisses me off about the whole trans community. Let me explain a little. Most of us girls want boyfriends. We want guys to be attracted to us for whatever reason. Who really cares? If you find me attracted because I am girly or because you are attracted to trans women or even if you are curious, I am going to be flattered. If you are curious then either you figure out that you like trans women or not. If not then you go back to cis women. No harm no fowl.

But to those guys that truly are attracted to us, then to a lot of trans women you get a bad name for what I don't know. "Chasers" really? Are you really gonna' tell me that the guy that is attracted to trans women is gonna' get labeled just like we don't want to be labeled as trannies and she males? Really?

OK so what are you gonna' call me. I am a chick with a dick no matter how small. That actually makes me a trans sexual or tranny or she-male. What else can I be? I can never be a cis woman. Even if I had SRS then a thousand years from now I would still be classified as a male genetically. Maybe a transsexual if any of my jewelry and clothing lasted all those years.

I am a trans woman. I will never be a cis woman. Even if I had all the surgeries, implants, SRS and so on I would always be a trans woman, tranny or she-male. I really don't mind it as long as a man treats me like he would any other woman and no my background. Shit happens. If I had all the surgeries and the prettiest pussy out there and I lied to my lover and something happens and I die before he does and he finds out I lied to him then.... This is gonna' be a paradox but how could I live with myself? I couldn't.

So here is to all you guys out there that find us attractive. I raise my glass to you. It is no different than us in damned if you do or damned if you don't. You guys mean a lot to me no matter what whiney trans person labels you as. "Chase" me and I may even let you catch me. Who am I kidding? I will let you catch me.

this is what mainly pisses me off. We as trans women hate being labeled but we are so willing to label the people that are attracted to us so negatively?

If the truth be known all guys are "chasers". They "chase" who they are attracted to. What is so negative about that?
