Anyone visiting Yonge and Sheppard area? Anytime soon?

Is Yonge and Sheppard not a good area for visiting girls to frequent? There are hotels, it's far from the hustle of downtown but close enough to travel there, restaurants bars and everything close by, and it's right off the highway for admirers to visit....

I'm in that area five days a week so just curious if it's ever going to happen.

Only TS Envy has ever been there, and she dropped off the map, lord knows why...
