You think it is fair for example for a trans mma fighter to beat the shit out of a female mma fighter ? ( Fallon Fox ) or should any trans person be allowed to transition at any time and compete against women? I am interested to hear peoples thoughts. If you had a daughter in a sport for example would you be okay with this ? Watch video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJe82yniZQo

seriously I know some women who would whoop my ass, so I guess it depends. Especially if someone transitioned pre puberty, than that should be no problem. But there are extreme cases where I guess it could be unfair.
Guess maybe trans leagues or something could be ok, but I thought women wanted equality anyways, I mean they wanted to play in major league sports so I don't see how competing against trans women would be such a big deal in that case

Guys, the topic we are discussing seems a bit controversial. Nevertheless, for anyone interested in sports as such, I might suggest exploring the special Dimers site dedicated to betting, rebounding and parlaying. I visit it often myself and I can admit that Dimers is really worth its weight in gold.

Yes, this is a complex and interesting topic; and is really forcing examination of gender definitions. It's really coming to the fore in cycling right now. I don't have an informed opinion, but I do feel sympathy for all parties involved. I am curious about how this will play out .... hopefully the discussion will be based on common sense and empathy, and not on lawsuits......

I think, honestly, just let them compete. Most of the time they don't win because to be an elite champion is hard regardless. But when someone does, it becomes a big issue. I can empathize with female swimmers who put in years and had to compete against someone who moved from the mens team to the womens team during one offseason and was destroying them in the competitions.
What makes it more complicated is the religious right and conservatives generally are in an all out war on trans people right now (if you follow history of the religious right, they like to settle on some minority group to plunder and bully. It changes as to who is their primary focus from generation to generation from black people to gay people to trans to immigrants to whomever is the easy target). So, I want to be as supportive as possible to our transgendered friends and find it difficult to want to attack or ban them from sports over this. I can, however, understand why people find it problematic and I don't think it is reasonable to just scream "transphobe" at someone who wants to have this conversation. (although many people who do want to talk about it just want to trash and smear and are transphobic. Yes, this is super fucking complicated social issue which would be more likely to be solved if we didn't have the religious dogma and hate mixed in there from people who think transgendered humans should not even exist or breathe on this earth).
