  • Do Doctor's always get it right regarding breast implant size?

So today I went for a consultation for breast implants, and I said I wanted modest normal kind of breasts, like maybe a b-cup, so they had me try a 350 cc silicone thingy with a special bra and camisole, then had me try with another 50 cc. Both me and the nurse thought it looked better with 350 cc.

Then i went and saw the Dr and he did some measurements and then scanned me in a 3d machine, then on a screen showed me my chest before and with the 350 cc and then with the 400 cc, you see them being constructed, printed out, looks like some kind of wizard's spell, it's pretty cool, except the fact my flat chested torso was like life size on a screen and i was standing next to a man torse nu, my god how embarrassing, but ya anyway and he said I should go with the 400 cc it was better for me, and in the moment i did kind of agree with him, it did look kind of better than the 350's when i saw them on my 3d torso lol

But now I'm unsure, maybe it's just kind of psychological and when im unsure I'll just kind of go along with whatever someone less unsure say's so i'm not like a bother or something. And maybe again it's psychological, like bigger is better because I'm standing with my flat chest next to a stranger and maybe my mind wasnt thinking right.
I'm worried they'll be too big for me.

Also they didn't offer any kind of profile options, like high or wtvr, he just said "lots of people ask for the boobs to be close together for more cleavage but that can make the nipples go off to the side" and it's best to go with a pushup bra. I wanted like low medium or modest profile anyways so i guess thats ok

Do you think Doctor's pretty much always know what's best? I kind of worry because i feel they didn't take into consideration my hips in their calculations, just my torso basically, and i feel that has a lot to do with proportions, like too much boobs and not enough hips could be kind of off, then again too much shoulder and not enough boobs could be too. It's really tough cuz im worried I'll look even more ridiculous

Sucks i couldn't be accompanied so i could have an opinion.

If I give an answer tomorrow and pay 20% deposit I can have surgery July 7th.

But there's so much stuff i forgot to ask when i was there, with the anxiety and all, i forgot to write down my questions/concerns and in the moment my mind went blank.

    Any one have any input?

It's their biz, their specialty. Their field of expertise. I'm sure there aren't trying to upsell. Experts giving their advice, in this situation, probably means they know what may look best for you.
But asking questions is good. Is there opportunity for you to send this message you wrote to them? Big desicion for you. I'm them responding to these questions is very common. . You shouldn't feel like they pressuring you for a sale, like a used car salesman

I just went for another consult in March and the dr put me at a 425 cc high profile round implants and I have breast tissue cause I’m a 34B naturally.

I feel like 400-450 is on the lower end of implants cause some people for 500-600 cc and have huge breasts.

I personally decided not to get implants till I’m 30 or 40 because I like my natural perky breasts.

Go for multiple consults though because not all surgeons are the same and the implants are just half of the surgery the person performing it has to be able to give you the look you desire. Some surgeons are lazy and not as skilled.

I guess your right, it is their field of expertise and from what I hear they're very reputable, and I don't feel like I'm being pressured or anything, but I just want to be sure, and I do feel my hips should of been measured also. But I'm no expert so.

Ya I'm working on a list of questions to ask, as the doctor said if I had questions something something, guess I'll just call the receptionist and ask how I ask the doctor my questions I forgot to ask

Ya if had a bcup i would get anything done either. But I don't and I'm old so.

idk I heard the larger implants are no longer as popular, well Google told me

          https://www.newbeauty.com/small-brea...lant-trending/

Or just Google breast implant trends 2021.

But for me I don't really care about it being trendy or not, ive always thought smaller breats would suit me better, personality wise, well not small like now but modest. I always admired women with more modest proportions, or wished I could be like them, the ones with nice hips and modest handful size boobs.

And I do worry about this too
"When a patient opts for larger than 400 CC, without the breast tissue to support the size, the implants can show through the skin, looking awkward."

Since I have very little breast tissue. But its going under the muscle sk idk .
And I was never really into the kind of Baywatch Pamela Anderson kind of look with lots of bust and not much booty, not that there's anything wrong with that, I guess it's subjective and everyone has their own beauty ideals.

Oof, it's pretty expensive for just one consultation, and I really do hate shopping, maybe I'm two spirit 😆
But I hear the clinic and the Dr are very reputable and skilled, its Dr.Karl Schwarz, I checked on rate a medic and asked around and also saw some stuff on reddit.

          Idk, I'm still undecided!

I almost feel like saying fuck my tits and getting my hips done instead! I thought it would make me happier knowing I was going to get my boobs done but so far it's just really stressing me out and making me even more aware of how out of proportion my body is. And everyone seems to think im crazy for wanting to get smaller implants. 400 cc is what supposedly goes with my chest but I know not with my ass and hips.
            .

Well, you've said it there, about getting smaller ones. You only have to please yourself. So go for the small implants, as you are questioning how larger ones would suit you

Well I called them the day before yesterday to ask if I could have access to my 3d images from home explaining that it was too hard for me to make a well informed decision when i was topless with my flat chest. Maybe then I'll have a better idea. And I can some different opinions too.

Are implants supposed to be so far apart? Looking at the 3D images, both with the 350/400 cc, seems there's way too much space between them. I seem to recall cis women's breasts being closer together, but it's been a really long time since I played with a cis woman's boobs.

Maybe I'm just not a good candidate for BA.

So far I'm leaning more towards nay for BA and Yay for hips/ass.

                      Two thoughts:
                      1) Sometimes some doctors end up putting slightly larger implants than the person expected, because they feel it may be a better long term fit. Be sure you say “this far, and no farther…”
                      2) As for the space between the breasts, it may involve the placement if centered under the nipples. If the implants are “rounder”, then when centered under the nipples, they may not start out close to meeting in the middle of your chest, unless they were extremely large. If they were more spread out (such as in a CIS woman’s natural breast material) then there would closer meeting even where an implant was added in later.
Anyone else have any thoughts for the lady?
                      🤔

                        My $0.02:
go with your gut, the smaller implants will give you the boobs you want without making you self conscious about being disproportioned.
don't over think the cleavage and hips, most guys pay attention to the breast not the gap, plus, as long as you stay on hormones your bum/hips will grow with time.
                        good luck
                        SINcerely, Lora-Lana

Thanks for taking the time to reply guys.

Ya i do think some doctors may have the bigger is better mentality. Maybe in my case they're right. So far those I've showed my 3D images to have said both 350/400 look good and neither of them look too big and not to worry about the space. But i do.

Ya that's what I meant, like cis women's breasts start off close together and then as they go down they're father apart. UU. Im not really liking the way mine would look because of that space.

Idk im still not 100% decided. My boobs have been growing lately though, I switched to EV injections a few months ago, so hopefully they'll continue so I can get my hips done instead

Thanks for the advice! Ya if I do get them done I'm definitely not going too big, of that I'm sure. I thought guys paid attention to cleavage, and hips even more so because they're a sign of fertility and it's like subconscious.

I kinda want to get my hips done more than BA though, sometimes I lean up against the counter in front of the mirror, so my hips are squished foward, and i really like how it makes everything more proportionate, like my waist and shoulders. Coz I've been on hormones for like over 7 years and although I did see some improvement in my hips/ass compared to just bones and drug residue that I was before, not really enough to feel comfortable with my body.

But so far everyone's telling me start with getting your boobs done then work on the rest.

That's a pretty nice looking pair you currently have there. The way I look at it, the perfect size is what fits in a man's hand. That's what I like. Any more than that is excess in my opinion.
Strength lies in differences, not similarities.
