In quoting Lisa you inadvertanly atributed her words to me. If you'll notice the correct full quote above, it is clear that you quoted from Lisa's quote of my post, as she said, and I quote her from the above "co-sign -> -> -> -> to know them".

While I have to admit I did compliment girls of Toronto in an earlier post, I think Lisa should be given full credit for her kind statement of support for her co-workers!

Of course, in most sales-based professions, referring away a potential $$$$$pending client to another merchant or service would be looked upon as the act of an altruistic idiot rather than a consummate "professional". Anyone referring away $$$$$ on a regular basis wouldn't remain a consummate professional for very long.
